These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.taeken.in and any purchase from Taeken ([Your registered business name]). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Using the site

You must be 18 or older, or use the site under a parent or guardian's supervision. You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Products and prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We try to show product colours and details accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences may occur.
We may change prices, or withdraw products, at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
Stock is limited. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive our order confirmation email.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
We may cancel an order for reasons such as stock errors, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.

Shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Exchange Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

Accounts

Your account is created from your email when you order or sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.

Intellectual property

The Taeken name, logo, designs, photographs and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City], India have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
