Return Policy

We want you to love your pair. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Unworn, unwashed pairs in their original condition, with all tags, the original box and packaging.
• Items that arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

What cannot be returned

• Pairs that have been worn outdoors, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without the original box or tags.
• Items marked final sale or limited drops, where this was stated on the product page.

How to return

• Raise a request using our Contact or Complaint form, or email hello@taeken.in, within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason and clear photos if the item is faulty.
• We will confirm whether the return is approved and share the pick-up or shipping instructions.
• Pack the item securely in its original box and hand it over or ship it as instructed.

Return shipping

If the item is wrong, damaged or defective, we arrange the return at our cost. For other returns (for example you changed your mind), shipping costs may be deducted from your refund or borne by you, as confirmed when we approve the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
